1. Discovery.

To begin, we have a one-on-one discovery call. We talk about your business goals and identify your project’s timeline. I follow up with a custom project proposal that includes itemised deliverables, overall investment costs and a detailed service agreement. If you choose to move forward, I will schedule an online strategy consultation via Zoom or an in-person strategy consultation at a mutual meeting place, your premises or a fabulous coffee shop (my treat!).

2. Strategy + Design Consultation.

During this consultation I work with your core business values to prioritise and map your unique online strategy. I pinpoint your ideal client and make decisions that attract and engage their loyalty. I apply this knowledge while developing your custom concept.

3. Concept.

I will deliver a handcrafted concept that embodies the highest quality design and branding for your online business. This concept will include in-progress deliverables for your review. Here you have an opportunity to provide direct feedback about what looks amazing and what needs adjustment.

4. Application.

Once the concept has been tuned, we apply its functions to your website operations. For larger projects I use a project management software that simplifies timelines and deadlines. I instruct you on how to drive your new brand with a ‘Brand Guidelines’ PDF booklet. And I walk you through your new web experience with a 1-hour video tutorial.

5. Launch.

It’s launch time! All elements combined, your website and online shop are ready to thrive! one02creativestudio remains available for technical support and questions.

6. Support.

Maybe you need a quick website update to promote a new deal, or your monthly newsletter has to be formatted, or it’s time for another blog post, or the deadline for a print ad for a local magazine is coming up.
